How Stealora works
Most "sales" compare against a list price nobody actually pays. Stealora compares against the price the product really sold for recently.
1. Prices come only from official store programs
We get prices, stock and ratings through each store's official developer API or approved affiliate product feed, such as the Best Buy Developer API, the eBay Browse API and the Walmart Affiliate API. We never scrape store websites.
2. We keep each product's price history
Every time a price changes, we record it. That gives each product a 30-day average, a 30-day low and an all-time low.
3. A deal has to beat that history
- At least 20% below its own 30-day average, or
- An all-time low that is at least 10% below average, or
- For brand-new products, at least 30% below a regular price the store itself reports.
If a store raised its "was" price just before a sale, we flag it and rank the deal lower. A deal ends when the price goes back up or the item sells out.
4. Compare and get alerts
Search a product to see every store's price side by side, matched by barcode or model number, with the best in-stock price first. Watch an item and we'll alert you when it reaches the price you choose.
How we make money
When you buy through a link on Stealora, the store may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide which deals appear or how they rank. Read our disclosure.
